Mr Olasupo Oladeinde Sogelola is an accomplished chartered Insurer, Risk Analyst, Administrator, and Management Consultant equipped with a well-recognized track record in an Executive Board role and Management skills with over two and half decades of versatile and trusted experience in the Insurance Industry. He holds a B.Sc(Hons) in Zoology from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and had a certificate program in leadership from Florida Southern College, Lakeland, Florida, USA, and completed the Advance Management Program of the Prestigious Lagos Business school. He started his career in Guinea Insurance plc, and later joined Globe Reinsurance Plc, Lagos 1n 1995 where he rose through the ranks from Senior Executive Officer to Assistant General Manager (Operations) with oversight responsibility in technical underwriting and marketing achieving significant fit in revenue drive, he was a pioneer Management staff of FBN Insurance (Now Sanlam Life Nigeria) in 2010 leading the Corporate Sales Division successfully for 7years. Prior to his appointment as MD/CEO of International Energy Insurance Plc, he was an Executive Director, Technical & Operations, at Tangerine General Insurance Ltd (Formerly Law Union & Rock Plc), where he had many significant achievements in revenue growth, Products and New Channels developments and positive underwriting results consecutively for 5years. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Advanced Management Program). Mr Olasupo Oladeinde Sogelola whose pastime includes reading and travelling is married with children.
Uyi Osagie holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Lagos. He is a Chartered Accountant, Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN), Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), and Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. Commencing his career at KPMG Professional Services (formerly Arthur Anderson), he boasts over fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in Business Consulting, Financial Reporting, Business Strategy Formulation, Investment Management, Business Operations, Risk Management, as well as Financial Planning and Audit Services. His expertise extends across the Financial Sector, encompassing Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, Pension, and Real Estate. As a Finance Director, Mr. Osagie played a pivotal role in the roll-out of various Finance Transformation initiatives and the implementation of sophisticated planning and control approaches.<br /> Notably, he led numerous M&A projects in the insurance industry and spearheaded transformative business initiatives. Mr. Osagie, now assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at IEI PLC, brings a wealth of expertise to steer the company towards operational excellence and sustained growth.
Yetunde Idowu is a Professional Chartered Insurer with considerable hands-on experience in the Insurance Industry dealing with wide range of Insurance Products targeted at the Private, Public, Financial Institutions and Brokerage Firms. A Seasoned Marketer with considerable exposure and experience in the Insurance Industry by creating a niche for herself. Over the years, she rose through the ranks and files in the Insurance Industry by holding different positions such as sectoral, regional and management roles leading teams in Marketing and Business Development and converting all challenges encountered into different opportunities for herself. Yetunde Idowu graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University, Ojoo, Lagos State. She was awarded Doctoral Fellow, International Certified Risk Management Professionals , United Kingdom in affiliation to Chartered Institute of Risk and Loans Administration in Nigeria and also belongs to Nigeria Institute of Management aside from Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria mentioned above. She has attended series of Management and Developmental Programmes both at local and International levels. Prior to her acceptance to join the services of IEI Insurance Plc, she held the position of Head Southern Branch Operations for Great Nigeria Insurance Plc and had also held the position of Business Manager for Standard Alliance Insurance Plc where she carried out various functions in different capacities spanning several divisions and Area office operations. Yetunde's personality resonates positivity with self confidence and possess certain productive leadership qualities and enviable models to subordinates
Confidence Ugochi Yinusa has a master's degree from Ladoke Akintola University and a management degree from Imo State University. She holds associate memberships with the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She began her career at Union Adhesive and Chemical Company Limited (1996) as a youth Corper (NYSC), before joining Heartbeat Investments Limited, a stock brokerage firm, in 1997 as a marketer till September 1999.</p> <p>Confidence started off as a superintendent at Standard Trust Insurance Company (now Staco Insurance Plc) in 1999 and worked her way up to AGM.
